Sound Fixes Pack v18.4

Descriptions:
– Mod connect priority to mod maps and traffic.
– Weather Frosty Winter connect preortetnee.
– If you type in the line @include “traffic_data_update.sui” in your traffic_data.sii (anywhere), the traffic sounds will become more realistic.

Changes in 18.4:

– a new sound for trucks in traffic;
– reworked sound for the Opalin bus;
– Changed the stock sound for Scania trucks in traffic;

New menu Music Remix Edition added to the add-ons Sound Fixes Pack
