Small Light Lollipop

Descriptions:
Orange Small Light “Lollipop” with Chrome or Black Chrome look
and option for left or right turn signal.

NOTE: Flare configure file is rework SCS default “vehicle_orangel.sii”
but it dont replace the original file. I just add the reflection, becouse i notice SCS remove that -.-
