Asphalt Patch of random Events v1.5.1 [1.35.x]

Note from the Author:
I’ve edited the asphalt patch of random events, by adding collision and substance to them,
so, you can feel the bad road texture when driving over those patches !!!!!

New Version 1.5.1:
– Added option to increase the patches probability in overall random events.

*Must use this add-on with main mod !!

Version 1.5:
– Adapted to 1.35.x game version

Tested in 1.35.x game version.

Install help:
– Download the file and unpack.
– You have the main mod scs,more events scs and add-on scs.
Important -use the add-on with main mod!
