Scania Touring + fix (1.32)

Descriptions:
This fixes running for Husni’s Scania Touring bus mod.

Change log:

– You can now buy this bus from Scania dealers on 1.32
– Added retarder sound
– Fixed 6×2 instead of 6×4.
– Added new chassis with reduced physics for passenger mods.
– deTbiT skin added.

Place above the bus mod in mod manager.
