Russian Pennants for all trucks 1.40

Descriptions:
This mod adds russian pennants in interior truck tuning for all trucks.

To add a pennant go on “interior tuning / windshield sets / accessory slot” and select the modification called “SCS Software Pennant”.

THE MOD REQUIRES CABIN ACCESSORIES DLC
