Added city defintions to the new reworked areas in v. 1.53:
*Berlin: Lichtenberg, Grünheide (Mark)
*Mannheim: Ludwigshafen, Ittlingen
*Leipzig: Halle-Neustadt

Adds the following city definitions:
– Bremen: Bremerhaven
– Leipzig: Halle-Neustadt
– Berlin: Lichtenberg, Grünheide (Mark)
– Mannheim: Ludwigshafen, Ittlingen

Promods support will be available as soon as the new Promods Version is released
