Ferry Port in S.-Petersburg for Baltic DLC 1.33.x

Descriptions:
The mod will add a small port in St. Petersburg on the DLC Baltic.

Ferry connections to:
– Oslo
– Vestnes (works if you have a North map v1.6 in your profile)

Added signs to the port and additional places for recreation.
*Connection priority is not important.

Tested in 1.33.x game version.
