Map of Hungary v0.9.28b – fixed 20.04.21 – Updated by Indian56 (1.40.x)

Descriptions:
After several people have indicated that the gate will not open at the WGCC site in Pest North, and since this is a random error that I have already made that affects gameplay, I am now making a HOTFIX available for this correct a problem!
