Non-Flared Vehicle Lights 4.1

Descriptions:
This mod removes the glow effect from vehicle lights. (Except for warning lights)
* This mod also adds realistic reflection effects to vehicle lights.

– Flare textures have been updated.
– Light reflections have been improved.
– Full support for ETS 2 1.38 update.
