New Variants of Multimedia/GPS Screens for Trucks v1.1 (update)

Descriptions:
Radio and GPS Addon for all SCS Trucks with GPS Display.

Mininum has 3 displays and a GPS overlay with ETA time. All except Volvo FH16 have Apple Carplay and Android Auto displays.
