Realistic Led Beacons by mo 1.33.x

Descriptions:
This mod add more realistic flash pattern for the stock LED beacon (Pulsar II) and flatbed trailer
– 4 Flash pattern for grill strobe lights
– Faster rotation for other radiant beacons

Tested on 1.33.x game version
