-Some of the trailers are in traffic

Added 3 trailer:
-the trailer-dissolution (tandems)
semi-trailer NefAZ (flammable)
-an empty semi-trailer-platform

Tested also on the cards:
-Southern Region
-The great steppe(Kazakhstan)
-map of EAA(Brazil), the orders appear not all the trailers from this pack
