Taiwan Wastes Recycle Trailers To 1.32

The def file has been updated.
This trailer can be used on version 1.32.
The trailer weight has been increased from 15 tons to 18 tons.
And add cable work.

Because someone is responding to this trailer will crash.
So this is another version.
