Fix for MAN TGX Euro 6 v2.2 by MADster (1.34.x)

Descriptions:
This should resolve the conflicts between this truck and the SCS TGX E6.
Some things can’t be properly solved until the truck has a full update,
so there are duplicates in the the Truck Browser, Truck Dealer and in the paintjob selections.

*Put the fix above the main mod in your mod manager.
