RENAULT MAGNUM/PREMIUM REWORKED SOUND MOD 1.38

Description:
This is a reworked sound mod for the two Renault of the game, and the Knox_xss Magnum.
This mod is a totally rebuild from scratch sound mod using the SCS samples of the Magnum,
i have also added a fan sound, signature of these engines.
