-Fixed issues with navigation refactoring

-Changed some place names in Traditional Chinese.

-Added IKEA in three cities

-Added county border markers in Thailand.

-There are 97 cities and 4 countries in total.

Compatible with Promods 2.64, Road to Asia, map combos etc.
