Not that special of a “tuning” pack. It gives you yellow lights for roof and headlights (but they don’t actually exist for some reason, instead you just get a black void), some adult-rated badges for the front (y’know, because even immature adolescents play these games), and a large painted visor. Really not much in this mod to write home about.
