Descriptions:
Two new countries were added, Vietnam and Timor-Leste
New cities added: Con Dao, Vietnam, and other temporarily undeveloped cities (covering Timor-Leste, Malaysia and Thailand)
Changed street lights in Thailand
The distance of the street lamp is shortened
Add a port yard in Singapore
Changed the signs at some state junctions on some Malaysian highways
Changed street signs in Thailand
At the airport, signs were added to the port
Modified some roads (reduced number of curves)
The focus of development after that was on Thailand and Malaysia (adding cities and roads, companies)
