Multiple Trailers in Traffic v7.0 (1.40)

Changelog v7.0

Added new DAF & MAN trucks for v1.40; updated countries to reflect recent-ish changes in ProMods.
SCS now have the white cement mixer available in the freight market, so the Cement Mixer mod now adds the yellow one and has both in traffic.
