Update for 1.58 game version

– complete overhaul mod;
– removed information from “George’s Radio”;
– added oil temp gauge;
– added turbo gauge;
– added low beam icon;
– added engine brake icon;
– added low fuel icon;
– added cruise control speed value indicator on any dashboard page;
– added cruise control memory icon;
– added guessed operating range of vehicle;
– added remaining fuel/adblue in tank percent;
– added trip distance indicator;
– added trip average speed indicator;
– added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation etc.);
– added time until rest is needed indicator, hidden when fatigue option is disabled;
– added logo;
– added low air pressure warning;
– added left blind spot indicator;
– added right blind spot indicator;
– added V8 logo in V8 interior;
– fixes and improvements.
