Asia Dream Map COMPLETE FIX v1.0 1.49

Descriptions:
This mod fixes issues and bugs in Asia Dream Map.

Here are the first fixes:
-Fixed ISO codes
-Fixed country codes
-Fixed Ninotsminda being located in Germany (in def file)
-Fixed Capitalisation issues
-Fixed that the wheel (of the truck) is located on the right side in Armenia.
