Colored backgrounds for map v1.44

Descriptions:
Colors the background of countries on the ingame map with part of their respective flag colors to be easier to distinguish.

The ONLY official version of this mod is on the steam workshop. No support will be offered for non-workshop versions. Please don’t reupload!
