New country: Philippines
The new 10 cities and towns are Phu Quy Island in Vietnam, Thayetchaung, Dawei (capital of Tanintharyi Province), Yebyu, Launglonin Myanmar, Pendang in Malaysia, Ko Lanta in Thailand, Khlong Thom, Lam Thap, and Bongao(Capital of Tawi-Tawi Province)in the Philippines
Fixed issues with roadcodes in Malaysia and Singapore (issues with JRR)
Flags and emblems have been added at the junctions of some states in Malaysia
Change the map file from a ZIP file to an SCS file
A border checkpoint was added in Smatan in Sarawak
Re-added the file and changed the file name (renamed dlc indo to Southeast Asia 02)
State flags have been added in Johor and in Malaysia, Johor, Thailand, Singapore, Myanmar and Vietnam for companies, rest places, bus stops, etc
Some street signs have been changed in Thailand
Stupa added in Myanmar Thailand (new model)
Resolves time zone issues and increases time zones and time differences
In all left-driven countries, the steering wheel position of Ai, Quick Mission shifts from left to right
All small toll booths have been changed
