At this point doesn’t contain Signs Fix therefore not fully compatible with Maghreb at this point in time
Fixes missing capital letters in Kirov region city names
As of latest version it fixes capitalization of the following cities:

Kotelnich
Shakhun’ya
Sharya
Sovetsk
Uren
Urzhum
Vetluga
Yaransk
