You also need to have 3 RusMap files:
RusMap-def_v1.8.1.scs
RusMap-model_v1.8.1.scs
RusMap-model2_v1.8.1.scs
The file “RusMap-map_v1.8.1.scs” shown in the photo is not necessary to connect
