PROMODS 2.20 & ITALYMAP 2.0 FIX_v2 (Hopefully Errorfree now)

This is v2 of this fix because of many crash reported, so I hope this time it is hopefully free of errors

Mod fixes connection between new ProMods 2.20 and the southern Part of Italy Map 2.0
