ProMods High Quality Extended Background Map v1.43

Descriptions:
Extended background Map for Promods, RusMap, Southern Region, RouEx, Great Steppe, Road to Asia, Red Sea Map, etc.

This version does not crash when increasing combos on large maps.
Put it above the mods-cards.

Tested on 1.43 with Promods, Promods Middle East, RusMap, Southern Region, Great Steppe, Roux, RedSea Map and Road to Asia.

Changes:
– Map settings for ProMods 2.60.
– Extended background is now the same as the standard size background.
– Fixed missing city points in 1.43.
