RUSSIAN OPEN SPACES V4.0 (upd: 09.06.17 for 1.28.x)

Descriptions:
Update 4.0:
– Fixed all errors associated with the transition to the new version of the game.
– Added to the traffic police car.
– In the area of military units, one can meet the movement of military equipment.
– In traffic, you can find a column of buses.
– Fixed bugs found in the previous version.

– adaptation to the patch 1.28

How to install mods?
