Descriptions:
Changes on the map in version 2.7.0:
Adaptation for version 1.49.
Added highway R-351 from Tyumen to Yekaterinburg, as well as Asbest, Bogdanovich, Beloyarsky, Pyshma.
The city of Kazan was expanded. Added an entrance to the city of Kazan in the area of Mamadyshsky tract.
Added road M-7 Kazan-Arsk for further connection with KirovMap project.
Added Argayash in Chelyabinsk region
Extended skin-pack from Danila Tanchuk
Minor corrections throughout the map.

Mandatory requirements for the modification to work:
Game version for the map: 1.49 (!)

Availability of all DLCs for the standard map expansion (Going East, Scandinavia, Viva la France, Italia, Beyond Baltic Sea, Road to Black Sea, Iberia).

NOTE: The NEW West Balkans DLC is not necessary!

Even if one add-on is missing, the map will not work properly.

If you want to get the most comfortable (in terms of installation and interaction of the map with other mods) game experience, you can create a separate standalone profile, and run the map on the module siburmap.mbd, playing only on the project territories, without the influence of third-party mods on the map.
