Reworked A74 (M) between Carlisle and Gretna

"Useless areas": (areas that were meant to serve a purpose but don't)
A46 towards Stow and Chesterton
I'm aware of Keele Services having a chunk of a hill missing but cant fix it, doesn't affect anything really
