Viva Malta v1.1.1 [1.44.x]

Descriptions:
Changelog for v1.1.1:

-Country code corrected;
-license plates fixed and updated to match the correct font (MSDF, FE-Schrift)
-Gozo traffic fixed to exclude long vehicles not fitting into the turns;
-minor terrain fixes;
-more cars on Gozo;
-MSDF fonts for all signs.

Following the separation of the Balearic Islands and Malta, forming MedIsland Maps, we are happy to announce that the Maltese map is now separate and is called Viva Malta!
