3 modes of wipers mod v1.0 1.32.x

Descriptions:
In Version 1.0 this mod adds 3 modes of wipers for default trucks in Ets 2
1 – 5 seconds.
2 – 3 seconds.
3 – normal mode.

Tested and Works in 1.31.x and 1.32 game versions.
