Descriptions:
Update 1.49.x
Minor update of currencies from ECB site for November average.
Diesel prices updated (once per week) as of 11th of December.
Minor update to damage_data:
Truck_to_trailer_dmg will go from 0.02 to 0.1 (SCS value is 0.2)
Truck wear per km of drive & trailer wear per km of drive – several code lines which had 0.0 now have values.

Features:
– The prices of diesel, ferries and tolls are as IRL.
– Reworked loans and added insurance.
– Reworked traffic fines.
– Reworked experience, rewards and revenues.
