WHEELS PACK V1.2.3

Description:
This mod contains an assortment of wheels and tires, currently with a focus on mixed-service applications. It will be updated with additional wheels, tires and accessories as they are completed.
Version 1.2.3:
* New PMG format (506d6714) for ETS 1.27
* Added two new trailer wheels
* Added compatibility for some upcoming trailers
* Tweaked some material settings
