[LEGACY] Sound Fixes Pack v 16.1 for ETS2 1.24 only

Descriptions:
Due to a lot of players staying on 1.24 and because a lot of trailer, traffic and map mods need more time to update after 1.25 is officially released, Sound Fixes Pack v16.1 has been made available for 1.24 in a legacy package.

It contains some of the new sounds in v16.1 but has compatible def files for 1.24.

In the future, this legacy package will support even more older game versions.
