Completely reworked flares
Realistic headlights patterns with 6 different colors (up to 140 modded trucks supported)
Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals in Traffic Addon
Dimmed street lamps in City Lights Addon

Changes:
Removed excessive headlight flares for all oldbus variants
Improved compatibility with Sound Fixes Pack
